We mainly ship parcels with Post NL, if you prefer a different delivery company, you can indicate this with your order. The costs for this may differ from the standard shipping costs.
Delivery time

For sending rolls of fabric the costs are from €6,95 within the Netherlands. For an order value of more than €75 the shipping costs are free. Minimum order excl. shipping costs: €10,00
-Europe
Outside the Netherlands, shipping costs are from €11,50 per order. From 75,00 euro 8,50 and with an order value of €150 or more, shipping costs are free. Minimum order value excl. shipping costs: €10.-
Returns
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return and/or exchange materials/fabrics cut to size. This is in accordance with article 11 of our general terms and conditions. The statutory right of withdrawal applies to other products that have not been cut to size.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days before the XNUMXth day.agen after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 daysagen to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webstore are at your own expense.
