Swedese is a Swedish furniture manufacturer founded in 1945 by the two brothers Yngve & Jerker Ekström and Sven Bertil Sjöqvist. This timeless furniture design brand has proven its own vision over time. The starting point is namecreating furniture for the future that is based on the fundaments of Scandinavian modemne traditions.
The Lamino from Swedese was designed by Yngve Ekström in 1956. Typical of this chair is the sturdy seat that its comfort gets a very dense coat structure through the use of short-haired sheep's wool. The high coat density ensures that heat is retained and wicks away body moisture. This keeps the muscles warmer, which can relieve back pain, bedsore complaints or pressure ulcers.
These sheepskins are specially made to measure for the famous Swedish Lamino. This means that the coat is rectangular and long enough to upholster the Lamino. This has been done with precision and craftsmanship with some excess to allow you to upholster yourself.
Alle hides are tanned with minerale substances that keep the leather fuller, softer and thicker.
